Response times

We aim to respond within 4 business hours during Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 CET. Outside business hours, response is best-effort — typically the next morning.

For active platform incidents we update status.compacthive.io every 15 minutes regardless of the time of day.

Already a tenant?

Email us from the address associated with your account so we can verify quickly. The first line of your email should include your tenant slug (e.g. acme-corp) — you'll find it in the URL of your management portal: app.compacthive.io/portal.

Platform status & incidents

Real-time service health is at status.compacthive.io. The status page is hosted on infrastructure independent of the main platform, so it stays online even during a primary-site outage.

Past incidents and post-mortems are linked from the changelog.

Security disclosures

Found a vulnerability? Email [email protected] with subject line starting [security]. We'll acknowledge within one business day. Please do not publicly disclose before we've had a chance to respond.

Legal

For DPA execution, subprocessor change notifications, GDPR data subject access requests, or other legal matters: same [email protected] address; the team will route internally.
